We collect the details you choose to send on the staff interest form. This may include your name, email address, mobile number, previous role, current employment status, availability, earliest available date, licences or certifications, venue suggestions, consent choices and any notes you add.

We use your information to contact you about working at Pink Punters, staff updates, future event planning, venue planning and related opportunities.

If you consent to email or SMS updates, we may also send occasional awareness or marketing messages connected to Pink Punters. The main purpose of these messages is staff and work-related communication.

You can withdraw consent or ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@pinkpunters.com.

Your information is only available to Pink Punters management and administration staff who need it for staff planning, communication and administration.

We do not sell your information.

Form submissions are first stored in a database in the EU, in Amsterdam. They may then be moved to a secure local database kept on the Pink Punters premises.

Access is limited to Pink Punters management and administration staff.

We normally keep staff interest submissions for up to 24 months, unless we need to keep them longer for a lawful reason or you ask us to delete them sooner.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you. You can also ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or stop sending you messages.
